Anywho, the knights sure are a motley crew, I mean you have young kids, adults, teens, random animals, and insects all mixed together. I suppose it's got potential if nothing else. Loads of.... *shrug*.. potential. XD

I did think it was kind of funny how the princess burst in to request Yuuhi's assistance in tutoring her JUST as the Snake knight came over to make dinner. Not like she's right across from him and was listening in or anything...though, to her credit, she did seem genuinely surprised. So, maybe that was pure chance?

AND heeeey! Yuuhi's not "defenseless" anymore! Yay! He's got a bit of power, so that's a plus. :)

Ahh well, whatever the case, I'm still diggin it. I dunno, I guess to my eye it has it's own kind of charm in a way. I appreciate that it seems to just be what it is, and whatever that is, is good enough for me.

Looking forward to see where this "kitchen-sink stew" of an anime goes with it's next episode!

Hello my Foodie Friend, if you are referring to my hashtags, lol, no no, I try to place those in at least one of my posts every day for the commenter by the name of "Who doesn't love Anime and Rutabagas?".

He;s a friend to many on here, been with us a long time, and almost a month ago now his account was frozen because he was goofing around and parodied a BOT comment, (you know, the annoying ones who place the links to mangas and stuff in every anime trying to get people to click on their scam) and his account ended up being frozen or something because of it.

Obviously, with the BOTS as such a problem, it wasn't the wisest choice, but it should have been harmless enough anyways.

Anywho, He's been unable to comment since then and apparently it's kinda bumming him out, so I post the hashtags daily to let him know we haven't forgotten about him. I'm also posting them so that hopefully the mods might see them and decide he's been punished long enough and let him comment again.

I watched anime for years and read the comments without having made an account, so I know what it's like. I was never banned or anything, I just didn'nt make a discus account. Well...I made one sometime ago but I only made it specifically to comment on occult symbology and references etc..hidden/placed in anime because that's my bread and butter, and let's just say people don't like having certain things made known to them. XD

As for root veggies, heck yeah! I hear yah! Far too many of them go overlooked, and what's more is there is such a wide variety that can be prepared in different ways and really compliment a recipe or a dish...but that's for another post because this is getting too long. XD

You're correct, depending on what you're using and what kind of stir fry or what flavor profile you want to create, roots can be a very advantageous addition!

They are also great in stews as a thickener or seasoning or main component, or salads to add texture and flavor and variety, they can act as such in sandwiches and are great for building layers to add extra crunch or chewiness. If you wanna talk health benefits, roots contains some of the greatest potentials for adaptogenic compounds, and used in small quantities even medicinal roots can add a great deal of flavor to your dishes. Lol! Aris, don't even get me started. XD
Back to your comment though, yes indeed buddy, to name some common stir fry ingredients that are also roots, you have Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Shallots, Potatoes, Beets, Lotus root, Jerusalem artichokes...and a host of others.

Lol yep, technically Garlic and Onions are in the Allium family as bulbs, but they are still roots. Ginger, yah, lol but it's used so often as a seasoning in forms we don't associate with a root, it's easy to forget, so don't beat yourself up over it. ;)

I don't think it's base off the Chinese Zodiac since it's true several animals are of the zodiac but we also seen a lizard and a crow so it puts major doubt on the theory.

Still pretty decent show, but the princess' desire to "save the world so she can destroy it with her own hands" is just flimsy and stupid to me, as well as main character going along with it. It's just dumb, not believable and overall such a cringeworthy motivation

It's the two protagonists that are making it the hardest for me to get into this story tbh. Why would I like or side with characters that want to destroy the world for no real reason? I probably would've liked it better if they were just full on evil, with no bullshit excuses, but wanting to destroy the Earth and everyone in it because she "loves it" doesn't make a lick of sense.

If anyone has read the manga which btw is in one single big book this is all following the same way animation and all everything is the same and as someone who owns it I love it! Please it gets better
